Roobet fees explained

Roobet charges nothing on crypto deposits or crypto withdrawals beyond the network fee. Fiat is different: 1% on every fiat deposit and 2% on fiat withdrawals from the tenth in 30 days, plus possible card fees. Here is every cost, including the house edge.

What are Roobet's fees?

Roobet fees come in two kinds: what Roobet charges to move money, and what the games cost you as you play. The first set is short and depends on whether you use crypto or fiat. The second is the house edge, which over time costs more than any payment fee.

For payments, the summary is:

  • Crypto deposits: no Roobet fee. You pay the network fee.
  • Crypto withdrawals: no Roobet fee, according to its help centre. The network fee is the cost shown in the form.
  • Fiat deposits (card, bank and local methods on the Cash tab): 1%, under clause 9.7 of Roobet's terms.
  • Fiat withdrawals: 2% on the tenth and later fiat withdrawals in a rolling 30-day period, under clause 10.8.
  • Card withdrawals: possible above $15, with regional or card-specific fees shown in the cashier.

Those figures come from Roobet's terms as quoted by independent reviews and from Roobet's help centre. Roobet can change them, so the cashier is the final word before you confirm any transaction.

Deposit fees

Crypto

Roobet does not charge to receive crypto. You pay:

  • the network fee when sending from your own wallet, or
  • the exchange's withdrawal fee when sending from an exchange.

These differ hugely by coin. Bitcoin on a busy day can cost several dollars; Litecoin, TRON, Solana and XRP usually cost cents or less. Our Bitcoin and USDT guides compare them.

Fiat

Cards and local methods on the Cash tab carry a 1% fee under Roobet's terms. On a $100 deposit that is $1. Your bank may add its own foreign transaction or cash-advance charges, which are often bigger than Roobet's 1%. The card deposit guide covers that.

Buying crypto in the cashier

The buy-crypto option is run by Swapped.com, with a $10 minimum. The provider's fee is built into the price you are quoted, so compare it with buying on an exchange if you buy regularly.

Withdrawal fees

Roobet's help centre states that it does not charge withdrawal fees on crypto beyond the network cost. When you withdraw BTC, LTC, USDT or any other coin, the fee in the form is what the blockchain charges to send the transaction.

Fiat is where fees appear:

  • The 2% rule. Roobet's terms add 2% to fiat withdrawals from the tenth in any rolling 30-day period. Batching withdrawals into fewer, larger ones avoids it.
  • Card withdrawals. Possible for amounts over $15. Roobet's card withdrawal FAQ says fees can apply depending on region and card, and the cashier shows them before you confirm.

There is no Roobet fee for a large withdrawal as such, but a large amount is more likely to trigger an identity review. See our withdrawal limits guide.

The house edge: the cost that matters most

Every game has a built-in edge, and over many bets it outweighs any payment fee. Roobet publishes RTPs for its originals; independent reviews report these figures:

GameReported RTPHouse edge
Dice99%1%
Plinko99%1%
Limbo98%2%
Slide98%2%
Crashabout 96.5%about 3.5%
Towersabout 96.5%about 3.5%
Mines96%4%
Mission Uncrossable96%4%
Coinflip4% game fee4%

Slots vary by game and by the RTP version the provider supplies; many sit between 94% and 97%. Live tables follow their rules: European roulette's edge is 2.7%; blackjack's depends on the rules and your play.

A rough rule: expected cost = total wagered × house edge. If you wager $5,000 on a 96% game, the expected cost is $200, far more than the 1% on a $100 card deposit.

Costs people forget

  • The 100% wagering rule. Every deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal. It is not a fee, but it means some of each deposit is exposed to the house edge before you can take it out.
  • Tips. Tips you receive must be wagered 30% before withdrawal, according to Roobet's help centre.
  • Rakeback switched off during bonuses. Independent reviews report that RooWards rakeback is disabled while a deposit bonus is being wagered, which raises the effective edge.
  • Bonus wagering. Deposit bonuses have their own wagering requirement, and games contribute differently: many slots 100%, roulette 25%, blackjack and dice 10%, sports 0%, as reported.
  • Price movement. A balance in BTC or SOL can lose value while you play. Stablecoins avoid that.
  • Spreads and FX. Buying crypto or paying in a foreign currency adds a margin.

How to keep costs down

  1. Deposit in crypto on a cheap network to avoid the 1% fiat fee.
  2. Pick the network with the lowest exchange withdrawal fee: often Solana, TRON or Litecoin.
  3. Batch fiat withdrawals to stay under ten in 30 days.
  4. Choose low-edge games if you want your budget to last: Dice and Plinko at a reported 99%.
  5. Claim RooWards rewards, including Instant Rakeback every 30 minutes, which returns part of the edge. See Roobet VIP.
  6. Read bonus terms before accepting: a bonus with high wagering and disabled rakeback can cost more than it gives.
