Roobet VIP programme

The Roobet VIP programme has two layers, and most confusion comes from mixing them up.

The first is RooWards, the rewards system every account joins automatically. It pays instant rakeback, periodic bonuses and level-up rewards as you wager, across a ladder of 30 levels. Nobody has to invite you.

The second is the VIP Club, which is invitation-only. Roobet's help centre describes it as reserved for its "elite players", with personal perks such as cashback and bonuses and access to dedicated VIP support. Roobet says it cannot disclose the requirements and will email you if you qualify.

This guide explains both: what each RooWards reward is and when you can claim it, how levels and rakeboosts work, what is known about the VIP Club, and whether chasing it makes sense. Roobet has no native token, so unlike some rivals there is no coin to stake or hold for extra perks.

Roobet's help centre sets out four rewards plus a vault:

The share that goes straight to your balance depends on your level. The vault cannot be emptied in one go and unclaimed vault rewards expire, so the system rewards checking in regularly. That is a design choice worth noticing: it is built to bring you back.

Rakeback is a percentage of what you wager, not of what you lose. Roobet does not publish the rate, and reviewers report that it is discretionary. Rakeback is switched off while you are wagering a deposit bonus, and prediction-market trades do not earn RooWards.

Rakeboosts temporarily raise your instant rakeback:

• Signup: +10% for 24 hours
• Rank-up: +10% for 60 minutes
• Daily, weekly or monthly claim: +10% for 60 minutes each
• Vault calendar claim: +15% for 60 minutes
• Affiliate code redemption: +20% for 72 hours

Boosts do not stack or queue. If two run at once you get the higher percentage only. The boosts are small in money terms; a 20% boost on a modest rakeback rate is a fraction of a per cent of your wagering.

RooWards levels run from 1 to 30 and rise with wagering. Each rank-up pays a bonus, and Roobet says these vary from player to player "based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the wager activity, game category, and performance since last bonus". In other words, two players at the same level can receive different amounts, and the game mix you play affects it.

Roobet does not publish the wager needed for each level, nor a table of what each level pays. Your current level and progress appear in the rewards panel of your account. Treat any third-party table of thresholds with caution; it may be out of date or invented.

Roobet's official description is short: VIP Club members get personal perks and rewards such as cashback and bonuses, plus VIP support available at any time. Requirements are not disclosed, and qualifying players are contacted by email.

Reviewers who have read Roobet's VIP terms report a few more details: an activity guideline of around $5,000 a month, a 10% cashback on Thursdays and free spins on Mondays. These figures do not appear in the help centre, and an older licence number on the same VIP terms page suggests it is not always kept current, so take them as indicative rather than guaranteed.

VIP support

Club members are assigned VIP support, which in practice means a named contact who can answer account questions faster and offer tailored promotions. A host is a salesperson as well as a helper. If a host offers a bonus to keep you playing after a loss, that is a moment to pause, not accelerate.

Roobet also runs a public referral programme. Referrers earn 5% of the house edge on referred players' bets, rising by one percentage point per tier to 10% at tier 10. Earnings become claimable after 10 depositing referrals and more than $5 earned, and a referrer must be set within 24 hours of a new account's signup. Redeeming an affiliate code on your own account triggers the 72-hour, +20% rakeboost.

For casual players, RooWards is worth using but not worth playing for. The instant rakeback and daily claims are a small discount on the cost of play, and the vault rewards regular visits more than heavy betting. Claim what you earn and ignore the rest.

Three practical tips:
