Roobet app not working?

No. Roobet does not publish a native app on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. What people call "the Roobet app" is the Roobet website opened in a mobile browser, often saved as an icon on the home screen. It runs the full casino: originals such as Crash, Mines and Towers, slots, live tables, the sportsbook, RooWards claims and the cashier.

That matters for troubleshooting. When the "app" fails, you are fixing a browser problem, not an app problem, so the cures are clearing site data, switching domain, changing network and updating the browser. Reinstalling anything from an app store will not help, because there is nothing to install.

It also matters for safety. Any listing, website or message offering a "Roobet app" download, an "official Roobet APK" or a "Roobet iOS app" is not from Roobet. More on that below.

A home-screen shortcut opens Roobet full screen without the browser bar, which feels like an app.

iPhone and iPad (Safari)

1. Open a working Roobet address from the list above in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen, name it, and tap Add.

Android (Chrome)

1. Open a working Roobet address in Chrome.
2. Tap the three-dot menu.
3. Choose Add to Home screen or Install app, then confirm.

The shortcut is tied to the exact domain you saved. If that domain is later blocked on your network, the shortcut stops working even though Roobet is fine. Delete it and save a new one from a mirror that tests green.

Work down this list; most people are fixed by step 2 or 3.

1. Open Roobet in the normal browser rather than the shortcut. If that works, the shortcut is pointing at a blocked or stale address; replace it.
2. Try a different mirror from the list on this page.
3. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Many providers and public Wi-Fi networks filter gambling domains.
4. Clear site data for Roobet. On iPhone: Settings, Safari, Advanced, Website Data, search for the Roobet host and delete it. On Android Chrome: Settings, Site settings, All sites, choose the Roobet host and clear and reset.
5. Update the browser and the OS. Old WebView or Safari versions can fail Cloudflare's checks.
6. Turn off private relay, ad-blocking DNS or content blockers for a moment and retry.
7. Check the time and date are set automatically; a wrong clock breaks secure connections.

If no Roobet address loads on any network, check the live Roobet status board.

• Kangaroo loader never clears: the page loaded but its live connection did not. Close every Roobet tab, reopen one, and switch network if it persists.
• Slots or live tables stay black: the game loads from the provider's own servers. That provider may be slow, blocked on your network, or not licensed for your country; Roobet keeps a list of provider-level regional restrictions, so some titles simply will not open in some places.
• The page reloads by itself: the phone is short of memory. Close other apps, especially video and games.
• Crash cash-outs miss on mobile: Roobet notes mobile devices are more prone to connection instability. Use auto cash-out, and avoid Crash on a weak signal.
• Balance or Vault timer frozen: battery saver or data saver is throttling background connections. Turn it off while you play.
• Logged out every time: cookies are blocked or cleared on exit. Allow cookies for the Roobet host; in Safari, check "Block All Cookies" is off.

If Roobet works on mobile data but not on Wi-Fi, or the other way round, the network is the cause rather than your phone.

• Home Wi-Fi: your provider or router may filter gambling sites, or the router's DNS may be stale. Restart the router, or set a public DNS resolver on the phone's Wi-Fi settings.
• Work, school, hotel and café Wi-Fi: these commonly block gambling categories on purpose. Respect that, and use your own connection.
• Mobile data: some carriers apply content filters by default on new SIMs, often adult or gambling categories. These can usually be changed in the carrier's account settings if you are of age.

A network block is not a judgement on whether gambling is legal where you are. If Roobet itself shows a restricted-region message, that comes from its terms, and a mirror or VPN is not a way round it. Using a VPN to appear in another country breaks Roobet's terms and can lead to a closed account.
