Can't log in to Roobet?

If you can't log in to Roobet, the cause is usually one of five things: a password reset that went wrong, a 2FA code that is rejected, a Cloudflare check that keeps looping, an account lock from self-exclusion, or a block on your network or country. This guide works through each one with Roobet's own steps.

Start here: is it the site or your account?

The first question is whether Roobet loads at all. If the page never appears, shows a Cloudflare error or hangs on the kangaroo loader, it is an access problem, not a login problem: try another official address from the list above and read the Roobet not loading guide. If several addresses fail for everyone, check is Roobet down.

If the login form appears but signing in fails, the problem is with your credentials, your 2FA, or your account status. Roobet accounts work on every official domain, so a mirror will not fix a wrong password, but it does rule out the address as the cause.

Roobet supports more than one way to sign in: username or email and password, and connected Google or MetaMask accounts, as reported by independent reviews. If you originally signed up with Google, a password login will fail even with the right email; use the same method you registered with.

Wrong password, and the reset email that never arrives

Roobet's reset is code-based, which catches people out. From its help centre:

  1. Click Reset Password on the login form.
  2. Enter the email you verified on your account and click Send Recovery Email.
  3. Stay on the page. Roobet warns that leaving the screen may mean starting again, because the code you receive is entered on the page you were sent to.
  4. Open your email in another tab or on your phone and copy the recovery code.
  5. Enter the code and your new password.

If no email arrives within a few minutes:

  • Check spam, promotions and any filters. Search for "Roobet".
  • Make sure you are using the email you verified. Accounts created with Google sign-in may not have a separate password at all.
  • Request a single new code, then wait. Several requests in a row can invalidate earlier codes.
  • Contact live support, which runs 24/7, if the address on the account is no longer yours. Roobet's help centre covers email changes, which support handles once you prove the account is yours.

2FA codes rejected

Roobet uses app-based two-factor authentication: Authy, Google Authenticator or a similar app generates a six-digit code every 30 seconds. When codes are rejected, the cause is usually one of these:

Phone clock out of sync

Codes are based on time. If your phone's clock drifts, every code is wrong. Turn on automatic date and time, or use your authenticator's time-sync option, then try a fresh code.

Wrong entry in the app

Roobet's entry appears as "Roobet - (your username)". If you have more than one Roobet account or re-enabled 2FA, an older entry may still be there. Use the newest one.

New phone, no backup

When you enabled 2FA, Roobet showed a secret recovery key alongside the QR code and told you to save it. That key restores the code on a new device. Enter it as the setup key in your authenticator app.

Lost the key as well

Contact live support. Removing 2FA without the recovery key requires proving you own the account, which can mean identity verification. Expect it to take longer than a normal login, and keep the key safe next time.

Cloudflare challenge loops and "verify you are human"

Roobet sits behind Cloudflare. Before the site loads you may see a check page; normally it clears in a second or two. If it keeps repeating:

  • Allow cookies and JavaScript. Strict privacy extensions and script blockers stop the check from completing.
  • Turn off VPNs and proxies. Shared VPN addresses are often flagged, and using a VPN to hide your location also breaks Roobet's terms.
  • Clear Roobet cookies and cache. Roobet's help centre has step-by-step guides for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and Opera. In Chrome: the three-dot menu, Delete browsing data, choose a time range, tick cookies and cached files, Delete data.
  • Try another browser or a private window, then another official domain.
  • Check the device time. A badly wrong clock can break security checks.

If the loop happens on every official address and every browser, the cause may be your network. School, work and public Wi-Fi often filter gambling sites; mobile data is a quick test.

Logged straight back out, or a session-expired loop

Signing in and being returned to the login form a moment later usually means the session cookie is not being saved:

  • Third-party cookie blocking or "clear cookies on exit" settings in the browser.
  • Two tabs on different Roobet domains fighting over the session. Close all Roobet tabs and open one.
  • An extension that rewrites pages or blocks storage.

Roobet's account security page also lists active sessions. If you see devices you do not recognise, sign them out, change your password and turn on 2FA if it is off.

Account locked, suspended or self-excluded

Time-out and self-exclusion

Roobet's self-exclusion is a two-step process. First comes a required 24-hour cooldown, during which you cannot wager but can still log in to claim eligible rewards. After that you can extend the exclusion for a chosen period: 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1, 3, 6 or 9 months, 1 year or permanently. Roobet states that a self-exclusion cannot be ended early or changed by its team; the account reopens automatically when the period ends. If you are locked out by an exclusion you set, that is the tool working as intended. The responsible gambling guide lists outside support.

Account deletion

Deleting an account is handled by email to cs@roobet.com with a 48-hour cooldown, per Roobet's help centre. A deleted account cannot be logged into.

Restricted country

Roobet does not accept players from a list of territories that includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Malta and others. Logging in from one of them can be blocked or lead to closure under the terms. A mirror does not change this, and you should not use a VPN to get around it.

Compliance hold

Accounts under review can be restricted until verification is complete. See the Roobet KYC verification guide.

Contacting support

Roobet's live support is open 24/7. Once you are signed in, click the arrow next to your username in the top right, choose Live Support, then Send us a Message. If you cannot sign in at all, the help centre at help.roobet.com has a chat button as well.

Give support your username, the email on the account and a description of the error you see, ideally with a screenshot. Never share your password, recovery key or a current 2FA code; support does not need them. The verified domains guide lists the addresses support itself uses.

FAQ

Why can't I log in to Roobet?

The usual causes are a wrong password, a rejected 2FA code, a Cloudflare check that loops, an account locked by self-exclusion or compliance, or a network or country block. Check whether the site loads first, then work through credentials and 2FA.

How do I reset my Roobet password?

Click Reset Password on the login form, enter your verified email and send the recovery email. Stay on the page, copy the recovery code from your email and enter it with your new password.

Why is my Roobet 2FA code not working?

Most often your phone's clock is out of sync or you are using an old entry in the authenticator app. Enable automatic time, use the newest Roobet entry and try a fresh code.

I lost my phone with Roobet 2FA. What now?

Use the secret recovery key Roobet showed when you set up 2FA to restore it in a new authenticator app. Without the key, contact live support, which will need to confirm you own the account.

Can I log in to Roobet on a mirror?

Yes. Your account works on every official Roobet domain with the same username, password and 2FA. A mirror helps when one address is blocked or slow on your network.

Can I end a Roobet self-exclusion early?

No. Roobet states that self-exclusions cannot be ended early or changed by its team. The account reopens automatically when the period you chose ends.

Can I log in to Roobet with Google or MetaMask?

Roobet is reported to support connected Google and MetaMask sign-in alongside username and password. Use the same method you used when you created the account.

How do I contact Roobet support if I can't log in?

Open help.roobet.com and use the chat button. Support is available 24/7. Give your username and email, and never share your password, recovery key or 2FA code.
