Roobet not loading? Every error explained
When Roobet will not load, the screen usually tells you why: a Cloudflare challenge that keeps repeating, a 403 or 5xx error, a kangaroo loader that never finishes, a connection refused by your network, or a country block. This guide explains each message, the fix that matches it and when to try an official mirror.

What you see and what it means
| What you see | Most likely cause | First thing to try |
|---|---|---|
| "Verify you are human" repeating | Cloudflare challenge blocked by browser settings or a flagged IP | Allow cookies, disable VPN and blockers |
| 403 Forbidden or "Access denied" | Cloudflare or Roobet blocking your IP or region | Different network; check Roobet's restricted list |
| Error 520 to 524 | Roobet's servers slow or unreachable behind Cloudflare | Wait, then try another official domain |
| Kangaroo loader that never ends | Scripts blocked, stale cache or slow API | Clear cache, disable extensions |
| "Connection refused" or "site can't be reached" | Your network or ISP filtering the domain | Mobile data, another official domain |
| Certificate warning | Network interception or wrong address | Stop; check the address |
| Site loads, game does not | Provider blocked in your country, or game-server hiccup | Try another game; check provider restrictions |
If every official domain fails on every network, Roobet itself may be having trouble. Our is Roobet down page shows the live status of the official addresses.
Endless kangaroo loader or blank page
Roobet is a single-page app: a small page loads first, shows the kangaroo loader, then pulls in scripts and connects to Roobet's API. If any of that is blocked, the loader keeps going.
- Turn off ad blockers, script blockers and privacy extensions for Roobet, or test in a private window where they are off.
- Clear Roobet's cache and cookies. Roobet's help centre has guides for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and Opera. In Firefox and Edge it is under privacy settings; in Chrome, the three-dot menu, then Delete browsing data.
- Update the browser. Old versions may not run the current app.
- Try another official domain. If roobet.com hangs but a mirror loads, the problem is specific to that address on your network.
A slow mobile connection can also leave the loader on screen for a long time. Roobet's own help article on Crash notes that its real-time games depend heavily on connection quality; the same is true of the app as a whole.
Cloudflare errors (403, 1020, 520 to 524, challenge loops)
Roobet's domains sit behind Cloudflare, which checks every visitor before passing them through.
Challenge loop
The "verify you are human" page appears, clears, and appears again. Usually the browser is not storing the clearance cookie, or your IP has a poor reputation. Allow cookies for the domain, turn off VPNs and proxies, and try a different browser.
403 or 1020 "Access denied"
A firewall rule blocked the request. That can be because of your IP range (some data-centre and VPN ranges are blocked outright) or your country. Roobet's restricted list includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Malta and others. In those countries the block is intentional, and getting around it with a VPN breaks Roobet's terms.
520 to 524
Cloudflare reached the edge but Roobet's servers did not answer in time. These are server-side and usually short-lived. Wait a few minutes and try again, or try another official address in case only one route is affected. If it lasts, check whether Roobet is slow or down for others.
Connection refused, timed out and address-not-found errors
These errors come from before Cloudflare: your device could not reach Roobet at all.
Government and ISP blocks
Some countries block gambling domains at the DNS level. In Estonia, for example, roobet.com resolves to the Tax and Customs Board's blocking address, the same one used for other unlicensed casinos, and the connection is refused. A block like that is a legal measure. Roobet's mirrors are not a way around it, and you should follow local law.
Workplace, school and public Wi-Fi
Filtered networks often block gambling sites. Switch to mobile data to test.
Router or device DNS problems
If roobet.com fails on every network you use but loads for others, your device's DNS cache may be stale. Restarting the router and the device clears most of these.
Domain-specific blocks
Sometimes a network blocks one Roobet domain but not others. That is the case mirrors exist for: an official alternative address reaches the same account. Use the mirror list and the verified domains guide to pick one.
Certificate and SSL warnings
A certificate warning on a Roobet address is a reason to stop, not to click through. Either something on your network is intercepting the connection, or you are not on the address you think you are.
- Check the spelling. Look-alikes such as roobet.bet (flagged as phishing) and roo.bet (redirects to another casino) are not Roobet.
- Do not enter your password or 2FA code on a page with a certificate warning.
- Try a different network. If the warning disappears, the first network was interfering.
Official Roobet domains run valid certificates through Cloudflare. A warning means something is wrong on the path.
The site loads but the games don't
- Provider blocked in your country. Roobet keeps a help-centre list of providers that restrict individual regions; Evolution's live casino is reported blocked in Canada, for instance. Missing games are a licensing matter, not a fault, and a mirror shows the same lobby.
- Game server problem. Third-party games run on the provider's servers. If one provider's games all fail, wait and try later.
- Crash rounds lagging. Roobet's help centre says Crash depends on your connection; VPNs, proxies and mobile instability cause late cash-outs, which are not refunded. Server-side issues are refunded automatically. Use auto-cashout.
- Browser memory. Many open tabs with streams and slots can slow everything down. Close what you are not using.
The "not available in your country" message
Roobet shows a restriction message when it detects a login from a territory it does not serve. Its help centre lists 25 restricted regions, including the US, the UK, Australia, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Malta, Curaçao and several Caribbean islands; third-party readings of the terms add others such as Spain, Germany and Ontario. Mirrors carry the same restriction because it is based on your location, not the address. Check Roobet countries for where it accepts players. If you are travelling, wait until you are back in a country Roobet accepts.
Other casinos down too?
If Roobet will not load and other crypto casinos fail too, the cause is probably your network or a national block rather than any one site. Our sister sites track the same thing for other brands: check the Stake status page, see whether Shuffle is down and the Gamdom live status board.

FAQ
Why is Roobet not loading?
Common causes are a Cloudflare check that cannot complete, a blocked network or country, browser extensions stopping the app's scripts, or a temporary server problem. Match the error you see to the fix, and try another official domain.
Why does Roobet keep asking me to verify I am human?
Cloudflare's challenge cannot store its cookie or your IP is flagged. Allow cookies, turn off VPNs and blockers, and try a different browser or network.
What does a 403 error on Roobet mean?
The request was refused by a firewall rule, usually because of your IP range or your country. If you are in a country Roobet restricts, the block is intentional.
Why is Roobet stuck on the loading screen?
The kangaroo loader stays when scripts or API calls are blocked or slow. Disable extensions, clear cache and cookies, update the browser and try a mirror.
Is roobet.com blocked in my country?
Some countries block gambling domains at the DNS level; Estonia is one example. Follow local law: mirrors help with network problems, not with national bans.
Will a Roobet mirror fix loading problems?
When one address is blocked or slow on your network, an official mirror often loads normally with the same account. It will not change country restrictions or provider blocks.
Why do some games not load on Roobet?
Providers block some countries, and third-party game servers occasionally fail. A missing provider is usually a licensing restriction rather than a fault.
How can I tell if Roobet is down for everyone?
If every official domain fails on several networks, check a live status page such as our is Roobet down page, which tests the official addresses.
