Roobet withdrawal pending: how long it takes
A Roobet withdrawal pending for longer than you expected usually has one of four causes: unmet wagering, a verification request, an open review or the blockchain itself. Here is how to tell which, how to track the transaction ID and what to do at each step.
What happens after you press withdraw
A Roobet withdrawal pending status means the request has been made but the money has not yet reached your wallet. To work out why, it helps to know the path a withdrawal takes.
First, Roobet checks the request against its rules. The amount must be above the method's minimum, and every deposit on the account must have been wagered once in full under the anti-money-laundering policy. If tips are involved, they need 30% wagering. If the account needs verification or is under review, the request waits here.
Second, once approved, Roobet sends the transaction. For crypto, you get a notification on the homepage saying the withdrawal has been sent, with a transaction ID (TXID). The same ID appears under the history tab in the withdrawal's details.
Third, the blockchain confirms the transaction. Roobet's help centre says your wallet will show the funds after 1 confirmation for BTC, LTC, DOGE, XRP and TRX, or 3 confirmations for ETH, USDT and USDC, though some wallets or exchanges wait for more.
So the question is always: has Roobet sent it yet? If you have a TXID, the money has left Roobet and you are waiting on the network or your wallet. If you do not, Roobet is still holding it, and the reasons below apply. Roobet says withdrawals are sent on request and does not commit to a processing time in its terms.
Typical times by coin and network
Once Roobet has sent the transaction, the network decides how long you wait. Rough guides under normal load:
| Coin and network | Usual arrival after sending |
|---|---|
| Litecoin (LTC) | A few minutes; 1 confirmation needed |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | About 10 to 60 minutes; slower when the mempool is busy |
| Ethereum (ERC-20) | A few minutes; 3 confirmations needed |
| USDT or USDC on Tron (TRC-20) | Usually under a few minutes |
| USDT or USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) | A few minutes, with higher fees |
| Solana, XRP, SUI | Seconds to a few minutes |
| Dogecoin (DOGE) | A few minutes |
| Interac (Canada) | 1 to 3 business days |
These are network estimates, not Roobet promises. Exchanges often add their own crediting delay after the network confirms. For fiat methods, the payment provider's processing time applies; Interac withdrawals are widely reported at 1 to 3 business days. If speed matters, a fast network such as Litecoin, Tron or Solana is the usual choice. Our Roobet withdrawal time guide goes into each stage.
Why a withdrawal stays pending
Unmet wagering
This is the most common cause. If you deposited $200 and have wagered $150 since, $50 of wagering remains before the deposit can be withdrawn. Sports bets count only once settled. Check the cashier for the amount left and play it through at stakes you are comfortable with, or wait.
Verification requested
Roobet lets you sign up and play without ID, but its terms (clause 4.9) allow it to request documents at any time, and clause 10.5 makes full verification a condition of withdrawal. Level 2 asks for a passport, driving licence or government ID, front and back, uploaded in account settings. Roobet says compliance reviews submissions daily. Blurry or cropped photos are the main reason for a second request. See our Roobet KYC guide.
Account review
Clause 10.4 allows Roobet to delay withdrawals during an investigation, for example over a suspected duplicate account, a bonus-abuse flag, a mismatch in payment details or VPN use. Answer support's questions promptly and keep a copy of what you send. Roobet's terms also allow accounts to be closed and balances held at its discretion, with disputes under Curaçao law, so avoid anything that breaks the terms.
Bonus still active
An active deposit bonus brings its own rollover and maximum bet. Withdrawing before it is cleared can void the bonus and its winnings. Check the bonus status before requesting.
Network congestion
If you have a TXID, Roobet has sent the funds. A busy Bitcoin or Ethereum network can slow confirmation. Low network fees, chosen automatically at busy times, can stretch the wait further.
Wrong network, wrong address or missing tag
Some problems cannot be fixed by waiting.
Wrong network. If you withdraw USDT on Tron to an address that only accepts USDT on Ethereum, the transfer can be lost. Always choose the same network on both sides. Roobet supports USDT on ERC-20, TRON, Solana and BSC, and USDC on ERC-20, Solana, BSC, Base and Arbitrum, so the choice matters.
Wrong address. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. If the TXID shows the funds went to an address you mistyped, Roobet cannot recall them. Copy and paste addresses, and check the first and last few characters.
XRP destination tag. Exchanges that pool XRP deposits need a destination tag to credit your account. If you leave it out, the funds usually reach the exchange but not your balance. Contact the exchange's support with the TXID; most can credit it after checks.
Gasless wallet transfers. Roobet does not support gasless transfers from wallets such as TronLink. These are a deposit issue, but they show how much the details of each network matter.
How to find and check your transaction ID
- Open the notifications in the top-right corner of the Roobet homepage and find the message that your withdrawal was sent, or open History, then Withdrawals, and view the withdrawal's details.
- Copy the TXID.
- Paste it into a block explorer for the coin. Roobet's help centre points to Blockchair for BTC and LTC, Etherscan for ETH, USDT and USDC on Ethereum, XRPScan, Tronscan, Dogechain, a Solana explorer, Suiscan and BscScan.
- Check three things: the destination address matches yours, the amount is right, and the confirmation count is rising.
If the explorer shows the transaction confirmed to your address, the funds are in your wallet. If they do not show in an exchange account, the delay is on the exchange's side, and its support needs the TXID.
Sent but not received: checklist
- Do you have a TXID? No: Roobet has not sent it. Check wagering, verification and support messages. Yes: go on.
- Does the explorer show the right address? No: the address was entered wrongly and the transfer cannot be reversed. Yes: go on.
- Are confirmations rising? No, and it has been hours: the network is congested or the fee was low; wait, then check again. Yes: go on.
- Is the network the one your wallet expects? No: contact the wallet or exchange with the TXID. Yes: go on.
- Is it an exchange account? Exchanges credit after their own confirmation count and may need a tag or memo. Contact their support.
- Still stuck after 24 hours with a confirmed TXID? Contact the receiving platform, then Roobet live chat with the TXID, amount, coin and time.
If you cannot reach Roobet at all, a working address from the Roobet mirror list opens the same account, and our Roobet login problems guide helps with sign-in issues.

FAQ
How long does a Roobet withdrawal take?
Roobet says withdrawals are sent on request, then the network sets the arrival time. Fast coins usually arrive within minutes; Bitcoin can take up to an hour or more when busy; Interac takes 1 to 3 business days.
Why is my Roobet withdrawal still pending?
The usual causes are unmet wagering on a deposit, a verification request, an account review or a busy network. If you have no TXID yet, Roobet has not sent it.
Where do I find my Roobet transaction ID?
In the notifications in the top-right corner of the homepage after the withdrawal is sent, or under History, Withdrawals, in the withdrawal's details.
My withdrawal shows sent but I have not received it. What now?
Paste the TXID into a block explorer and check the address, amount and confirmations. If it is confirmed to your address, contact your wallet or exchange.
Can Roobet reverse a withdrawal sent to the wrong address?
No. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, so Roobet cannot recall funds sent to a mistyped address or the wrong network.
Do I need KYC to withdraw from Roobet?
Full verification is a condition of withdrawal under Roobet's terms, and documents can be requested at any time. Uploading them early avoids a pending payout.
Will using a VPN speed up my withdrawal?
No. VPN use can trigger a review and breaks Roobet's terms if it hides your location, which can lead to a closed account.
